You can use this property when you are doing office development in order to add an image to your button for instance.
If your are developing for Office 2010 you can download this file in order to view the options available.

Here I have added the BlogCategoriesRefresh to my Ribbon button. Remember to write the text in the same case as shown in the office document otherwise it wont work!
