I have recently created an InfoPath 2007 form for SharePoint 2007 and got this error when I tried to publish it.
“Formularskabelonen er angivet til at være webbrowserkompatibel, men den kan ikke webbrowseraktiveres på det valgte websted.”
Using the Central Administration I verified that the InfoPath Forms Services allowed users to use browser enabled forms. http://ca-site/_admin/ipfsConfig.aspx
Unfortunately it was already activated. Then what?
The SharePoint farm had been upgraded from SharePoint 2007 Standard –> SharePoint 2007 Enterprise. The Enterprise features hadn’t been activated on the existing websites.
This is how I activated the features.
http://ca-site/_admin/enablefeatures.aspx
After I had activated the features the error disappeared.
